Rescheduling:
Due to the high demand for teachers and our personalized tutoring, rescheduling of class is not permitted, unless you advise your tutor 48 hrs before your scheduled class.

Class duration:
Please be advised that all classes must start on time and end promptly after 50 minutes; This will allow your tutor to prepare your class evaluation document and get ready for his or her next class. Please note that if a student does not use up all of his or her classes within 4 weeks from the first class, they will lose any unused classes.

Reenrollments:
In the event you would like to extend your study program and wish to keep your current schedule, you may do so, by emailing your tutor in advance, so that we can guarantee availability.
